3. No.19,20 the coiling machine using continuous coiling form, coiling bobbin with power device.
4.Type QB.QZ furnace using without cutting cathode copper machine. (Put the whole cathode copper plate into furnace directly without cutting. )

c. Copper bus bar (billet): 22×120
d. Copper chaff (billet): 8×130
e. Copper tube (billet): 100×10

The properties data of copper rod (casting rod is made of #1 cathode copper)

1. Density
8.9 kg/dm3
2. Resistivity in soft condition: 0.01724 . mm2/m
3. Oxygen content: 10PPM (0.001%)

Note:
    If we use bright scrap wire and cable as materials, we can guarantee drawing (in normal, we can draw to 0.12mm), but we can not guarantee the resistance.
